Starter Health and Safety Package

Our basic package, which includes a full Health and Safety Management system (including safety checks, all safety forms and a generic set of risk assessments) and a template for a Fire Safety risk assessment, in hard copy only.

Standard Health and Safety Package

This package builds on the Starter pack, but is delivered and managed on-line through the PYRAMID™ on-line Risk Management System, so you can manage all of your compliance on-line.

Optional consultancy services; which include risk assessments, audits, and training are available as part of this package.

Standard+ Health and Safety Package

This package provides you with the Standard package, full DDS Remote Support when you need it. DDS will monitor and follow through on serious accidents with you to provide support, and report any accidents required under RIDDOR to the H.S.E. on your behalf.

Optional consultancy services; which include risk assessments, audits, and training are available as part of this package.

Tailored Health and Safety Package

Where none of our previous packages suit your requirements, we will tailor fit a solution to suit your requirements.

About PYRAMID™

The PYRAMID™ system is a web-based system that is used to manage and monitor compliance.
All of your organisation policies and procedures can be hosted and communicated through PYRAMID™, and locations can use the PYRAMID™ system to record all checks, risk assessment reviews and report accidents and Incidents.

The PYRAMID™ system can be configured to provide automated, regular scheduled compliance reports, as well as a robust on-line archive for all records and additional reporting functions for management.

Manage

The PYRAMID™ system prompts when checks and actions are required, allows input into the system when checks are completed, enables issues to be tracked and followed through, and ensures compliance can be monitored and issues quickly identified and managed.

Safety checks are broken down into small bite sized chunks of work weekly, removing the requirement for onerous monthly or quarterly checks. This also ensures that all areas of safety management are checked on a cyclical basis.

The system effectively schedules planned reviews on risk assessments and tracks compliance of outstanding actions on both audits and fire safety risk assessment reviews, sending reminders when tasks are not completed (when they are overdue) and escalating non-compliance management (when things are seriously overdue).

Monitor

The PYRAMID™ system is configured to monitor, process and report safety issues using a simple traffic light coded system i.e. RED is Critical/Urgent, GREEN is OK, to provide a clear and consistent platform for understanding compliance.

For all key events; such as Accidents, Major Incidents, Enforcement Visits, the PYRAMID™ system will automatically report and escalate as soon as the required information is input onto the system.

Escalation levels can be set to trigger automatic e-Mails and SMS text messages to management and to DDS; where DDS support is provided.

Report

The PYRAMID™ system will create regular scheduled, detailed management compliance reports. These reports can be generated automatically by the system to be issued to selected managers via e-Mail on set days / times and at set intervals.

The system also provides real time access to all checks and records, so if you want to know where you are right now, it is easy!

Train

One of the fundamental challenges that face many organisations today is how to ensure there is a robust mechanism in place to effectively manage and deliver training to employees in a simple and cost efficient manner.

The PYRAMID™ system provides a powerful eLearner Menu function, which allows the creation and configuration of training course modules and a training matrix to enable simple links to responsibilities by job role.

The eLearner Menu enables training courses to be set up and records captured for any external training, such as First Aid at Work and Fire Safety; for your existing organisation course programmes.

For Standard and Standard+ packages basic Fire, Health and Safety and Food Safety eLearning modules are included for up to 25 employees at no extra cost.
