Starter
Our basic health and safety package, which includes a full Health and Safety Management system (including safety checks, all safety forms and a generic set of risk assessments) and a template for a fire risk assessment, in hard copy only.
Standard
This package builds on the Starter package, but is delivered and managed on-line through the PYRAMID™ On-line Risk Management System, so you can manage all of your compliance on-line.
Optional health and safety consultancy services; which include risk assessments, audits, and training are available as part of this package at specially discounted rates.
Standard+
This package provides you with the Standard package, full DDS Remote Support when you need it. DDS will monitor and follow through on serious accidents with you to provide support, and report any accidents required under RIDDOR to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) on your behalf.
Optional health and safety consultancy services; which include risk assessments, audits, and training are available as part of this package at specially discounted rates
Tailored
Where none of the above suit your requirements, we will tailor fit a solution to suit your requirements.

What is included? (Dependent upon package required)
Manuals
A full set of manuals (including your health and safety policy) will be produced for your organisation, ranging from generic set (from our library) to a full bespoke set specifically designed for your organisation. Covering Fire Safety, Health and Safety and Food Safety (as required).
PYRAMID™ Website
Access to the PYRAMID™ on-line Risk Management System, along with the relevant modules, as required by your organisation.

- eLearning
As PYRAMID™ is a web-based system, there is no software to install onto your system, and is accessible from any Internet enabled device (dependent on secure user access code and password).
There is a mobile app available for iPad and other mobile devices on some package options that allows some audits and assessments to be completed off-line and uploaded later.
Training
Simple user guides are provided where required. Standard packages onwards include access to our eLearning system managed through PYRAMID™, which provides basic safety training modules that you can deliver to all employees.

Additional training from the DDS team is also available covering all compliance areas where needed, from the delivery of courses at your premises to those at our training centres.
Support
Supported package options provide the benefit of having a team of experts on hand when you need it most, at no additional cost. We are also able to support your business from pre-start to full implementation and beyond to ensure that you get the most out of the services we supply to you.
Setup
We will ensure that the products you have supplied by us are relevant to your requirements, and ensure that during the set up phase any issues that may need to be high-lighted are addressed and you are guided through to successful implementation.
Reporting
The PYRAMID™ system is able to provide your management with timely reports to help measure how the business is progressing, monitoring compliance, highlighting trends, and flagging overdue items to ensure that issues raised are being resolved. This feature is extremely useful for multiple location organisations.
Health and Safety Consultancy
Should your organisation require expert advise from health and safety consultants to assist in resolving any issues you are experiencing, then we are able to provide the resource and knowledge to assist.
Legislation Updates
Regardless of where your organisation has locations throughout the world, we have the capability to ensure that the advice supplied to your business is relevant to that location and from that advice; you are compliance with the local legislation requirements.
